At craftbreathe, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your order is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, undamaged, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. You must also provide your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Returns or exchanges are not available for items damaged by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or normal wear caused by the customer.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us first at support@craftbreathe.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not send items back before your return request is approved. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

If the return is not caused by a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect because of our mistake, we will help resolve the issue after reviewing the evidence.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@craftbreathe.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-returnable
  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, damaged, or are missing original packaging
  • Products that cannot be resold for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We usually review return and refund requests within 72 hours. Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may need extra time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at support@craftbreathe.com.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered production, been customized, or shipped, cancellation may not be available and the order may need to follow our return process.
