Processing Time
Many of our products are handmade or prepared with care before shipment. Order processing or production usually takes 3-7 business days before dispatch. Processing time may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Time
After your order is shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7-20 business days, depending on your destination and local carrier conditions.
Some destinations, remote areas, islands, or regions with customs delays may take 15-30 business days or longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Shipping Fees
We may offer free standard shipping on eligible orders unless a shipping fee is shown at checkout. Any available shipping options and costs will be displayed before you complete payment.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and product. This helps us review the issue with the carrier and provide support.
